Cranwood Development 2025

Christmas and New Year pause in the works for the development of 100 Woodside Avenue ( formerly Cranwood House care home) from 20 December to 6th January 2025.

Most of the work so far involved laying utility pipes along the site. This allows for the main construction work to begin in the New Year.

From 6th January, the working hours will be:

• Monday – Friday: 9 am to 3 pm
• Saturday: 8 am to 1 pm

A question-and-answer event is scheduled for Wednesday, 22 January 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Common House, Marwood Square, off Woodside Avenue N10 3FB (opposite the site entrance).
