Since November 2025, 46 applications have been submitted in the Association wards, and no objections have been lodged. Most applications have been for small, uncontested domestic projects. The overall number of applications appears to be decreasing, possibly reflecting general financial constraints and lack of confidence.

APPLICATION UPDATES

13 Bedford Road. Application to demolish the existing building and erect a new mixed-use development up to five storeys high, comprising commercial uses at ground level, 12 self-contained flats and a basement plant room. As reported in December, although consent was granted, Haringey says the decision will not be posted until the necessary legal requirements are satisfied. No decision has been posted so far.
