Controversial plan to build block of flats on ‘vacant’ garden

Developers Grey Clyde Investments have applied for planning consent for a four-storey block of six one-bedroom flats and an underground car park in the garden behind St Matthews Court flats in Coppetts Road.

The developers already have planning permission for building two storeys on top of St Matthews Court, and the new application proposes that all construction be done together.

A consultation on the plans ends on July 19th.
