Planning Quarterly Report

The planning officer has examined one hundred and twenty-eight applications, most for small uncontested domestic projects and has lodged two new objections on behalf of the Association.

The following are updates to objections to previous applications:

  • 15, Onslow Gardens: objection to new cross-over and front garden parking. Consent was granted subject to conditions.
  • 81, Alexandra Park Road: objection to new cross-over and front garden parking. The application was withdrawn after objections by the Association, the Crossover Group and Transport.
  • Conditional consent was granted on 26th April to an amended scheme at 10 Ellington Road to create three flats and two houses, almost a year after the initial application was made.
