11/21 Whitehall Lodge Development Application Dismissed

The application to build four flats on the roof of Whitehall Lodge has been finally rejected. The latest appeal has been dismissed by the inspector largely on the grounds of the adverse effect the proposal would have had on the Conservation Area.

The MHFGA objected to the original application together with almost 200 others who were concerned about the proposal, not only from local residents but from various locations all over Europe and far beyond.
