11 Lansdowne Road HGY/2025/2852 – Provision of a large rear extension

Earlier in the year we wrote to the Council in support of the objectors to this application. Subsequently a revised scheme was submitted and has now been granted permission. However, many of the objectors have stated that the revisions made will not constitute a significant improvement and that they will continue to be adversely affected.

Pure Gym car park HGY/2025/3457 – Erection of three 3 /part 4 story houses

This is the only substantial application in the conservation area to have been submitted in recent months. It has attracted many objections on a range of topics and is still under consultation. In our submission we said that the opinion of the Council’s conservation officer should be obtained and taken into consideration. This opinion has not yet appeared on the website which hopefully is the reason for the delay in making a decision.
