DECEMBER 2025 PLANNING REPORT
Since September, 56 applications have been received in the Wards that the Association is concerned with, and no objections have been lodged. This represents about half the number of applications over the previous period and a quarter of the average applications over the last six months. The majority remain concerned with small, uncontested domestic projects.
The following are updates on applications referred to in previous reports:
- 13 Bedford Road. Application to demolish the existing building and erect a new mixed-use development up to five storeys high, comprising commercial uses at ground level, 12 self-contained flats and basement plant room.
With over fifty comments filed and a target decision date in July last year, no decision has yet been posted. The consent was granted at the July Committee meeting, but Haringey says that the decision will not be posted until the requisite legal agreements have been entered into. That is unusual, as such agreements are normally a condition for granting consent. - 360 Alexandra Park Road. Application for the substantial re-working of the front garden, including the creation of a crossover and front garden parking. The proposal includes repositioning a lamp post, removing one car parking space from the CPZ, and introducing double yellow lines. The Association objected, but consent was granted earlier this month.
