MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY VACANCY
The Membership Secretary is the Committee Member responsible for members’ administration.
As a Committee member, you will play an active role in ensuring the association operates effectively and serves the interests of our members. The Committee meets six times a year.
The role includes
- responding to all member enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and issuing welcome packs to new members;
- managing the annual renewal process for all members (the Association manages its membership through a dedicated online system, Membermojo – full training will be given);
- producing membership status updates/reports for Committee meetings;
- working with the Treasurer to manage the payment processes.
What are we looking for?
You will be interested in all aspects of our community’s environment and quality of life in the Muswell Hill, Fortis Green and Alexandra Park wards.
You will have some background in administrative matters and:
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Able to build relationships with others.
- Good administrative and IT skills.
