10/21 New Cranwood Development Consultation
DEADLINE FOR CONSULTATION: 22 OCTOBER
 The former care home at Cranwood House, located at the junction of Muswell Hill Road and Woodside Avenue, has been sitting empty for many years, and more recently has been used as a men’s night shelter. After an initial proposal, Haringey Council has now submitted a formal Planning Application for housing development to be placed on the site after demolition takes place. The plan is for 41 new homes, of which 32 would be flats let at council rents.
