  • Website: www.haringey.gov.uk. This provides all access and information for services for residents, payments/reporting/applications, business and local democracy. Search by keywords in ‘What do you want to do today?’ or scroll down the page and click on the required services or news and events.
  • Use the My Haringey facility to find out Information about your property and local area including services, council tax bands, parking zones, planning applications, refuse collection dates and much more.
  • My Account provides secure and quick online access to council services, including many online forms. Services available in My Account include Council Tax, Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction, Report an environmental problem, Free school meals and clothing grants, Library catalogue.   • Parking Account: this is specifically for parking permit holders and visitor permits. Click HERE for more information.
Apps
  • Our Haringey/Love Clean Streets – This service makes it quick and easy to report environmental problems when you’re out and about in the borough. Through the app, you can take a photo of the problem and send it directly to the team responsible for fixing it. Use it to report damaged street furniture, dead animals, dog fouling, drains and gullies, fly posting, graffiti, lighting, lit signs and lit bollards, litter and street cleaning, manhole covers, overgrown hedges and shrubs, paths and pavements, potholes, recycling, road marking, road defects, dumped rubbish, signs & trees.
  • Library Catalogue – This app gives instant access to thousands of books, CDs and DVDs from your phone or tablet. The library app fully integrates with Haringey’s library catalogue and allows you to search, reserve, borrow and renew items on the move.
  • My Haringey Home – The app’s ‘report a repair’ function allows you to identify the location of the repair, send us a photo, along with a brief description and then submit it directly to our Repairs Service. In addition, the app’s features include finding a home, getting money advice, finding a job and getting involved.
  • Modern.Gov – App to access council meeting and committee papers. It lets you subscribe to the committee you are interested in, download and view papers as well as search, bookmark and annotate those documents. Download from Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Home Connect –  This app is for residents on the council housing waiting list only, and allows registered users to search for, view and bid for council properties available. Download from Apple App Store or Google Play
